Chris Bradshaw graduated from Old Dominion University with an MBA in Finance/Econometric Forecasting in 2005.  After purchasing and renovating several properties in Boston, MA, then Raleigh, NC he landed in Charlotte, NC in 2011.  Starting as a partner he gained valuable industry knowledge on both the building & selling of duplexes.  As both the builder & broker he built & sold 19 duplexes (38 townhomes) & 5 single family homes with total sales just over $22M.  

In 2022 Chris founded "The Duplex Builders", the 1-stop shop in everything needed to know to build a duplex!  In addition to being a consulting company, The Duplex Builders partner on duplex projects & also provides financing options to ensure every great duplex deal gets funded!
